The space You will enter a historic building from 1880 in the centre of Pescara, located on the second floor without a lift. The rooms, characterised by arched ceilings and solid bricks, are inspired by the theme of the sea, which is only 500 metres away. The spaces and amenities have been organised to offer you a satisfying experience in the heart of the city, a stone's throw from everything. Additional services include bicycle rental, a bottle of local Montepulciano wine with two glasses, an automated garage and pet hospitality.
