While it’s typically brief, you may occasionally hear some noise during pickup. • Self check-in: You'll receive all relevant information 2 days before your stay. • No luggage storage: We’re unable to store luggage before check-in or after check-out - we recommend using Luggage Hero! • CCTV cameras in the building - NOT inside the apartment. • No elevator: Please note that the building does not have an elevator. • No parties & smoking: Parties and smoking are not allowed. • Quiet hours: Quiet hours must be respected between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. • Lost items: We are not responsible for personal items left behind in the apartment. • Pets: Pets under 10kg are allowed. If more, contact us before booking. • No business use: Using the apartment for business activities, personal services, filming, photography, or any commercial purpose is not permitted. • Rule violations: Violating house rules will result in an additional fee of EUR 1,000 per violation.
