THE SPACE BEDROOM 1 This ground-floor master bedroom is lit up brightly with the illuminated ceiling which makes the house shine during the evenings. It is equipped with an AC, side fans and work-station along with a beautiful view of the garden from the windows. This room comes with an attached washroom that is equipped with towels, basic toiletries and a wardrobe. BEDROOM 2 This ground-floor master bedroom is lit up brightly with the illuminated ceiling which makes the house shine during the evenings. It is equipped with an AC, side fans and workstation along with a beautiful view of the garden from the windows. This room comes with an attached washroom that is equipped with towels, basic toiletries and a wardrobe. BATHROOMS There are 2 attached bathrooms. All bathrooms have geysers, wardrobes, towels and basic toiletries. LIVING ROOM The living room on the ground floor is furnished with vibrant decor that will instantly lift moods as you enter. It is furnished with a sofa and sofa chairs seating up to 12 people at one go along with a standing AC, fan and portable music system. DINING AREA The outdoor dining space comes with a view of the river and lawn. This space is perfect to indulge in a warm delicious meal as you enjoy the scenery. KITCHEN - Guests may use the kitchen to prepare their own meals. - It is equipped with a microwave, electric kettle and refrigerator. - Crockery and cutlery are available. VERANDA AND LAWN A well-lit veranda with a 360-degree view of the lawn and garden surrounds the house with ample seating arrangement. The lawn spans up to 5000 sq ft with a gazebo and has multiple khatiyas for the guests' comfort. DECK AND RIVER The deck near the river comes with a swing where one can hear the calming ripples of water as they enjoy a cable light dinner. The river stretches around 100 m and is about 10 ft deep. Guest access Guests have access to the villa kitchen. Other things to note ADD-ON SERVICES - Barbecue kit/grill can be arranged at an additional cost. - Bonfire services can be availed at an extra cost of Rs 1000 per session. - One male staff can be accommodated on the premises of the property for free on prior request, however, their meals will be chargeable. - Amenities such as heater, hair dryer, games, and outdoor chairs are available upon request. - Four khatiyas are available at the property which can be used as extra beds. - Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.
