Apartment in Monte Pedreguer

Our beautiful apartment is located in the Monte Pedreguer urbanization about 2 km from Pedreguer. The apartment has 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, an open plan kitchen, a sitting room, and a nice terrace with a dining table and sofa. This wonderfully tranquil apartment sleeps 4. This property is our home - we live here (in apartments on the next floor) all the time. We expect all guests to enjoy the facilities and treat the property with respect. There's also a private parking space. The space The double bed in the bedroom can be transformed into two single beds according to your request. The living/dining room has a sofa bed for 2 people. We have two travel cots. They can be used free of charge only upon request. Bed linen is provided free of charge. Other things to note It is about 15 minutes by car to the nearest beach in Denia and Javea. The shopping center with a cinema and many shops and supermarkets can also be reached in 5 minutes by car.
