The space ‘Greenview Escape’ is fittingly named for its lush green views visible from almost every room, while an expansive balcony and a terrace complete with outdoor dining further enhance this leafy, modern sanctuary. A spacious living area beckons you to kick back after a day at the beach with a large sofa and chaise where you can unwind with a movie. Split system air-conditioning and heating provide year-round comfort. In the contemporary kitchen, you’ll find all you need to cook up a feast, plus a dishwasher for easy clean-up and casual seating at the breakfast bar. Share meals in the light-filled dining space around the six-seater table, with views overlooking the sunny balcony, or head down to the garden terrace where you’ll find a BBQ and an outdoor setting for laidback alfresco dining. Your furry friend is also welcome to join you at this pet-friendly stay. Three spacious and well-appointed bedrooms each include a queen-size bed sleeping a total of six guests. All bedrooms have direct access to the downstairs outdoor area. The master bedroom has a generous and modern ensuite. The shared bathroom is appointed with an overhead shower, modern vanity and mirror. There is also a bathtub where you can indulge in a leisurely soak. Other conveniences include Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace, driveway parking for one car, and a washing machine and dryer. The garage has been converted into a private gym with some weights and other equipment for your early morning workout.
