While we don't offer cancellations for this reason, we're always available to assist you. Our property undergoes regular fumigation to prevent pests. ※ There is also a building boom going on throughout Sydney we don't refund for construction noise if anything is going on in the neighborhood, however if there is works being done next door or in the same building we will have a note in our summary. ※ We do request the security deposit before your arrival, A$350 ※ We only provide check in details AFTER the security deposit has been paid. ※ Standard set up 1 Queen bed for 2 guests. ※ Extra linen requested at extra $45.
