[Laundry room] - The laundry room is in a separate space right across from the accommodation. - This laundry room is only for the use of Serenity Stay guests. - The laundry room is only allowed for guests staying for 5 days or longer. - Please contact your host if you wish to use the laundry room. - The dryer is inside the house. Other things to note No smoking◆ in all areas, including e-cigarettes, indoors. (If caught smoking indoors, you will be immediately removed from the room and a fine of 200,000 KRW will be added) Please take off your shoes and use indoor shoes in the◆ accommodation. An additional cleaning fee of 100,000 KRW will be charged for floor contamination in the accommodation. Food that smells a lot when◆ cooking (barbecue, grilled fish, etc.) cannot be cooked. When going◆ out or leaving, please turn off the air conditioner, heating, and power. Please sort ◆ general trash in the trash can, food waste in a food waste bag, and recycle in the recycling bin. (Information on garbage separation is provided at the accommodation.) Please wash the dishes you◆ have used and place them on the dish rack. ★ Bedding is provided for 1 bed per 2 people. Please refrain from making noise as it is located in a residential area. Please be considerate for the neighbors who live here. We would like to inform you that in the event of a complaint from an adjacent household due★ to noise, you may be asked to leave the room without a refund. ★ Pets are not allowed in the room. You can request reimbursement for damage or loss of furniture and items in the★ accommodation. It is also forbidden to change the location of the furniture.
