[Laundry room] - The laundry room is separated from the space right across from the accommodation. -This laundry room is only available to Serenity Stay guests. - The laundry room is only allowed for long-term guests for more than 5 days. - Please contact your host if you want to use the laundry room. - The dryer is in the accommodation. Other things to note ◆ No smoking indoors, including e-cigarettes. (Immediate eviction and a fine of 200,000 KRW will be added if caught smoking indoors) ◆ Please take off your shoes and use indoor shoes in the accommodation. In case of floor contamination in the accommodation, an additional cleaning fee of 100,000 won will be charged. ◆ Cooking food with a lot of smell (barbecue, grilled fish, etc.) is not allowed. ◆ When going out or leaving, turn off the cooling and heating equipment and power. ◆ Please sort general waste in the trash can, food waste in the food waste bag, and recycling in the recycling bin. ◆ Wash the dishes you have used and place them on the dish rack. ★ Bedding is provided with one bed per two people. If you'd like to add bedding, an additional night's stay will be added. Please contact the host. ★ It is a manner time after 10pm. Please refrain from making noise as it is located in a residential area. Please be considerate for your neighbors. ★ We inform you that in the event of a complaint from a neighboring household due to noise, you may be taken out of the room without a refund. ★ Pets are not allowed in the room. ★ In case of damage or loss of furniture or items in the accommodation, you may be asked for reimbursement. Changing the location of furniture is also prohibited. ★ Please note that CCTV is installed at the entrance for security. Additional charges may apply if you enter the room with more people than the number of guests.
