The house is very spacious and fully furnished, comprising a bedroom (suite) in the mezzanine style with air conditioning, large living room, fully equipped kitchen and a toilet. We have a beautiful garden, barbecue area, laundry and private parking. Description of spaces: * Kitchen: Refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, cupboards, sink and all cooking utensils; * Living room: Table, chairs, rack and 43 "television with cable channels. * Bedroom (mezzanine style): Queen size bed, a single bunk bed and an additional double mattress, wardrobe, dresser and air conditioning; * Bathroom: Complete with water heating in the electrical system, private space for guests, with parking! We are located in a condominium 800 meters from the trendy center of Lagoa da Conceição, one of the best neighborhoods in Florianópolis, so we are in a quiet and very safe place. Markets and bus stop 200 meters away, beaches such as Joaquina, Campeche, Mole and Barra da Lagoa are between 10 and 15 minutes by car. In our residence the guest will have his private and closed parking, having free access to the house. We also provide for the greater comfort of guests, air service with washing machine, garden and space with barbecue available! Located in the eastern region of the island of Santa Catarina and close to the beaches of Joaquina, Mole, Galheta and Barra da Lagoa. It is there that is the largest concentration of bars, shops and good restaurants. Lagoa da Conceição is one of the postcards of Florianópolis, for its grandeur and beauty. At the lookout located on the Morro da Lagoa, you can see its entire length. The Lagoon also attracts water sports enthusiasts such as windsurfing, kite, sailing boats and kayaks. We are 200 meters from a bus stop and 5 minutes from the Lagoa da Conceição integrated public transport terminal, from where you can go to any region of the island of Florianópolis. The airport is 13 km from our house, the bus station is 18 km, but the access from these places to our house is very easy due to the direct highways to our neighborhood.
