Private parking, storage room with capacity for skis and bikes. Once you try it you'll just want to repeat it. The space It is newly renovated, spacious, quiet and cozy. From the bedroom suite, you can see the mountains and their silhouette at nightfall from the bed, through the terrace. Also from this room you have direct visibility to the entire community garden area, swimming pool, tennis court... From where you can control the children while we take a break. The suite has a premium bathroom with outstanding materials and an extra-large bathtub where you can relax. The other double bedroom also has mountain and garden views, and is very cozy thanks to its decoration and wallpaper on the main wall. It has a sofa bed and a built-in closet, which give it an enviable storage capacity. The next 2 rooms have a triple bunk bed each. These are tailor-made for the room and one has a high-capacity built-in wardrobe and the other a large, foldable desk so that children can do their homework with peace of mind if they need to. Guest access You can use all the rooms in the apartment. The community area has a swimming pool, tennis court and large garden with children's area, swings, slide... The property has a private parking lot, a large storage room very useful for leaving skis and bikes and in no way bringing them up to the apartment, for comfort, cleanliness and logistics in general. The same parking area has the built-in storage room, so everything is practical and safe. The services and entertainment offered by Llivia are innumerable, from outdoor concerts, habaneras next to the church, the Parc de Sant Guillem, a reference throughout Cerdaña... Restaurants for all tastes and of all qualities, some of the best in Cerdaña... Shops, supermarkets, stores, bakeries... and all without having to take the car!!!! If you try Llivia, you won't be able to go anywhere else in Cerdaña, it's proven!! ;) Other things to note We have to report an additional cost, small but necessary for any holiday reservation in Llivia. This is the tourist tax that the City Council of Llivia imposes per guest: €1.10 x Adult x Night - Booking calculates and includes this item in the total amount of the reservation, but delegates this charge separately to the host. -AirBnb does not include this municipal tax in the booking price.
