The suite has a premium bathroom whose qualities of the materials stand out, as well as an oversized bathtub where you can relax. The other double bedroom also boasts mountain views and landscaped area, and is very cosy thanks to its decoration and wallpaper of the main wall. It has canapé and built-in wardrobe, which provide it with an enviable storage capacity. The next 2 rooms have a triple bunk bed each. These are made to measure for the stay and one has a high capacity built-in wardrobe and the other has a large, folding desk table so that children can do their homework with peace of mind if required. Guest access You can use all the rooms in the flat. The communal area has a swimming pool, tennis court and large garden with children's area, swings, slide... The property has a private parking, a spacious storage room very useful for leaving skis and bikes and in no way climb them to the floor, for comfort, cleanliness and logistics in general. The same parking area has the built-in storage room, so everything is practical and safe. The services and fun that Llivia offers are innumerable, from outdoor concerts, habaneras next to the church, the Parc de Sant Guillem, a reference throughout the Cerdaña... Restaurant for all tastes and of all qualities, being some of the best in the Cerdaña... Shops, supermarkets, shops, pastry shops... and everything without the need to take the car!!!!
