Excessive stains or damage to bed linens and towels may result in an extra cleaning fee. 🔇 Be respectful of neighbors. Avoid loud noise, unruly behavior, or disturbances, especially in shared spaces. 👥 Guest Policy: The apartment has a strict maximum occupancy limit. Visitors are welcome, but overnight stays by unregistered guests are not allowed. 🚨 Strict Rules (Penalty: €100 for violations) - Quiet hours after 10:00 PM - No smoking - No parties or events inside the unit 💰 Tourist Tax Notice: A compulsory city tax of 50 CZK per person per night must be paid by guests upon arrival.
