The Romanesque House

An entire holiday home accommodating 6 to 7 people comfortably, and a maximum of 11. The house with garden is located in a quiet area just a few minutes' walk from the town centre. Completely refurbished in summer 2023 in a personal and colourful style. The wall decoration is inspired by our taste for Belgium and French comic strip and many original albums are available in the house. The space The accommodation has all the necessary facilities (washing machine, hairdryer, iron, etc.) There is a double bed in each bedrooms, two sofas in the living room that can be converted into beds (2x2 places, see photos), and an armchair that can be converted into a single bed in one of the bedrooms (see photos). Bedding and cleaning included. There is a smoking area in the veranda, as the rest of the accommodation is non-smoking. A ping-pong table is available (please let us know beforehand if you are interested so that we can prepare the equipment for you). The garden is filled with plants that flower at various times of the year, and you can take a stroll through them. Small pets are welcome, provided they do not damage the furniture, damage the garden or climb upstairs. Guest access The house is a 5-minute walk from the regional train station (TER) and 11 kilometres from the high-speed train station (TGV) easily accessible by bus and train). Free public parking is available nearby, and you can park one or two vehicles in the grounds of the property (a slightly tricky manoeuvre).To access the gîte, we use a key box available on site. The accommodation comprises the entire house, with access to the garden and all rooms and facilities. Other things to note Arrival is from 3pm and departure is by 11am.
