Our apartment is tucked away in a peaceful nook of Commonwealth, making it a good central spot for exploring Quezon City. Our home is designed to make your stay memorable & comfy! The space This 20 square meter moroccan-inspired studio condo is maximized to have a quality and functional space to suit even the long staying guests. It's ideal for 2 guests, but we can accommodate a 3rd person (child) for an extra nightly fee, prior advice is required. ✔ FREE RESERVED PARKING We provide 1 free reserved parking space for the guest's entire stay. It’s conveniently located in the same building as our condo and easily accessible via the elevators. Vehicle details need to be forwarded to host atleast 1 day before arrival. ✔ FREE NETFLIX & DISNEY+ ON SMART TV In the mood for binge watching? Watch all you like! Our unit has a 40 inches Smart TV with free access to our already logged-in accounts for Netflix and Disney. ✔ FREE WIFI The internet subscription with converge promises a speed of up to 300 mbps. In case something goes wrong, we provide a back up standalone modem with Smart sim that runs in the range of 50-70mbps. Mobile data signal is also strong in the area. ✔ FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN — You can cook your meals if you feel like staying in. You can be at home and feel at home, without the need to go out too often to market. You can store whatever you need for the duration :) ✔ Fully equipped kitchen ✔ Cooking Stove (hot-plate) ✔ Range hood / Exhaust ✔ Medium-sized fridge with freezer ✔ Kitchen Sink ✔ 2nd small faucet on right-hand side for filtered drinking water ✔ Rice Cooker (electric) ✔ Electric kettle ✔ Bread toaster ✔ Microwave ✔ Coffee French press ✔ Complete with plates, bowls, saucers, coffee cups, tea cups, regular glasses, wine glasses, ice bucket, pitchers, silverware, many more! Alternatively, guests can order any time from Grab and Food panda delivery apps. There are many fast food and restaurants you can order from and delivered straight to the ground floor lobby :) ✔ BATHROOM W/ COMPLIMENTARY TOILETRIES — Hot, Warm, & Cold Shower — Sink, Mirror and Shelf — Toilet with Bidet — Bath Towel for each guest — Bathroom essentials include rolls of tissue, cotton, ear buds, shampoo, shower gel, wash cloths, bath towels, toothpaste and a little extra for guest convenience :) ✔ QUEEN-SIZED BED Our mattress is FIRM and for anyone with back issues, this kind of bed is most suitable. This is matched by 4 down alternative pillows and very soft cotton fabric to wrap around you during sleep time. You can go about your day full of energy from having a restful sleep. ✔ FREE MID-STAY CLEANING For guests staying at least 5 nights, we provide free cleaning and complimentary change of linens, sheets, and towels in the middle of your stay. This shall be scheduled at the guest's preferred time in advance. Our staff may be required to travel from a distant condo location and will need to be scheduled beforehand. For cleanings outside of schedules or upon guest's request, we charge a standard fee of ₱700 for a 2-hour cleaning that also includes changing of sheets and towels. Guest access ✵ AMENITIES ACCESS ✵ Our guests will have access to some of the condo amenities. Yet, there are amenities only accessible to residents. ✵ SWIMMING POOLS Swimming Pools are open from 7am to 9pm. These include a Lap Pool and Kiddie Pool. FREE Swimming Pool access for 2 pax. Pre-sign up before access is directly done with the concierge at the Clubhouse during office hours from 9AM to 5PM. Please be sure to sign up in advance if you will access the pool during the office's closed hours. The clubhouse is the 2-storey building beside the basketball court, located in the middle of the complex. ✵ OUTDOOR KIDS' PLAYGROUND Guests and residents are free to access the outdoor playground, located next to the large yard, pool area, clubhouse, and more. ✵ OUTDOOR SPORTS COURT Guests are free to use the outdoor sports court, located just beside the main clubhouse, located in the middle of the complex Basketball is free, access needs to be scheduled with the Concierge in the clubhouse before use ✵ HAIR & NAIL SALON Located on the 2nd floor of the clubhouse. Open hours may vary. ✵ LAUNDRY SHOP / SELF OR FULL SERVICED An on-site laundry shop that offers self and full-serviced laundry is located on Level P1, within the same building as our condo. They also offer pick up and delivery services straight to the condo unit. Open daily from 9AM - 10PM. ✵ 24/7 CONVENIENCE STORE A small convenience store with a variety of snacks, chips, sweets, drinks, ice, sometimes fresh produce, etc. is located on Level P1 (near laundry shop) and is open 24/7. The indoor Gym is exclusive to residents and long term tenants only. There's Any time fitness gym at Ever Gotesco Mall if you need to work out from time to time. Day use and monthly access are offered. Other things to note ✵ OTHER SERVICES WE OFFER ✵ * Recommended to have pre-arranged atleast 3 days in advance ✔ AIRPORT TO CONDO TRANSFERS (and vice versa) ₱3,000 per way with Toyota Innova (good for up to 4 people + 4 medium-size luggage). ✔ FOR RENT: NESPRESSO COFFEE MACHINE W/ FROTHER Nespresso coffee machine w/ frother for rent with 10 free coffee pods (Samplers from Starbucks or Nespresso original, your choice). Rent is ₱1,000 up to 7 days, minimum period. ✔ GROCERY SERVICES For long stays, we offer a grocery service: ₱1,000 pesos covers up to 50 basic food items (generic brands). There's additional fee for transport of big & heavy items or extra ordinary size including for example, 5-liter bottled water, a case of beer, among others. This service is offered to guests without particular preferences to brands or products. We only buy generic ones, or the ones available in the nearby market.
