Surrounded by a large garden overlooking the countryside, the house is equipped with all the amenities to allow a pleasant stay for families or groups of friends. • 45 minutes from Deauville, Honfleur, Cabourg… • 1 hour from Étretat, Caen, Rouen, Le Havre… • 2 hours from Paris • 15 min from Lisieux, Bernay The 100 m2 townhouse refurbished, 4 large bedrooms, 4 shower rooms The space The 100 m2 townhouse, which was refurbished in 2024, consists of the following: On the ground floor, an entrance with storage leads to a living/dining room and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen with a laundry area. It will allow you to simmer delicious dishes or gourmet meals. (Senseo coffee maker, traditional oven, microwave oven, toaster, kettle and dishwasher) (washing machine, dryer). 2 bedrooms with double bed (160 x 200) each with its own bathroom with toilet and direct access to the garden. A convertible sofa bed completes the sleeping arrangements. Upstairs, 2 bedrooms with double bed (160 x 200) also equipped with their shower rooms with private toilets Outside, a cozy summer lounge with BBQ, relaxation area, playground in a large flower garden that is not overlooked. Other services WiFi and TV are available to stay connected, if needed. A set of board games and books are available in the living room. Two baby cribs are available upon request. Linens and towels are provided. The beds are made on arrival. We offer a breakfast basket with local products at the price of 7€/pers. If you like Asian cuisine, a table d'hôte is available upon reservation at the price of €25/pers. Cooking workshops (spring rolls, bo bun, pho, spring rolls, etc.) can also be offered at the price of 15€/person.
