It is on the second floor and is located in a strategic and very central position of Aosta, on a pedestrian square that crosses three of the most beautiful and characteristic pedestrian streets of Aosta with many bars, restaurants, pizzerias, shops of all kinds and food shops. The space The LOFT is divided into four areas: 1 Entrance with seating area with 3-seater sofa and Smart TV. 2 Kitchen area with dining table and four chairs. The kitchen is equipped with the essentials for cooking, induction hob, oven, fridge and Nespresso coffee machine (including coffee pods, tea, herbal teas, bottle of water, salt and sugar). 3 Sleeping area with double bed equipped with linen (extra blankets and pillows available) and wardrobe. 4 Bathroom with shower, sink, toilet, bidet and washing machine. In addition to the set of 3 towels per guest, a shower mat, shower shampoo, toilet paper and hairdryer. Guest access The entrance to the building is located in the historic center in the pedestrian area. A few minutes' walk away there are various paid parking options (blue lines from Mon to Sat 8/12 2/6pm at €1.40/h) while a 10-minute walk away is free parking (white lines). Other things to note At your check-in, a photo of the documents (front/back) of all guests is required. Thank you. From May 1, 2024, it will be necessary to pay the tourist tax to fulfill municipal obligations. Euro 0.80 (from May 1 to June 15 and from October 1 to November 30) / Euro 1.50 (from June 16 to September 30 and from December 1 to April 30) per person per night for a maximum of 7 nights.
