Rent this open plan fat with double bed and en suite bathroom with shower for a romantic getaway. It is pet-friendly too and offers a Smart TV with wifi. If there is an extra child, please let us know and we will put out bedding for the sleeper couch. The main house UPSTAIRS is also RENTED OUT to guests and can be rented with Happy Tides Flat. Upstairs can accommodate 8 guests. The space Only the flat is for your use. You can park in the parking bay on the left hand side of the flat. There is a possiblility that the owner might be using the upstairs section of the house. You have your own private entrance and will not even see them. Guest access The keys to the house will be in a lock box at the house. You will receive instruction how to access it. Please make sure you sent your correct e-mail (direct) address and a cell number that can receive WA messages. During your stay A representative of Etnas Southern Tip will be on call during your stay. She will be available for any questions or problems that might arise during your stay. If you have a question after hours, please call and do not only send a message, as she might not hear a message that comes through. Other things to note Please note that this is a self-catering flat. We do supply the following: Linen and extra blankets Bath towels Braai grid 2 toilet rolls per toilet Dishtowels Scourer for washing dishes A little bit of dishwashing liquid An extra black bag for refuge – there will be a bag in the bin already Multi-purpose liquid soap at washing basins One re-chargeable light for load shedding Do not forget to bring the following with you: Beach towels Wood (if you want to braai) as well as fire lighters Extra re-chargeable lights for load shedding times Extra cleaning materials that you might need – do not forget extra toilet paper if 2 rolls per toilet is not going to be enough for your stay. Please note that we use only one ply toilet paper in this house. Our town make use of septic tanks and 2 ply toilet paper tend to block the sewerage systems. Spices, coffee, food etc. as this is a fully self catering house
