Business travelers will delight in the convenience of high-speed Wi-Fi and a dedicated working station, ensuring productivity is always within reach. The space Nestled in the heart of Waverley near the Waverley Synagogue, this secure building offers 24-hour guarded access, a communal clubhouse, and a pool for relaxation. The modern apartment comfortably accommodates up to four guests with two queen-sized beds, built-in cupboards, and a well-equipped bathroom. Its open-plan kitchen comes fully fitted with all essential appliances and complimentary refreshments, while the lounge and dining area provide plush seating, Netflix entertainment, and a welcoming space to unwind. Secure parking, uncapped Wi-Fi, and a strict no-smoking policy ensure a convenient and comfortable stay. Guest access Guests will enter through the front boom gate using an MEL code. At the main gate, a lockbox is provided with keys, which will give access to the front door located directly ahead. The number of Guests shall be in accordance with those stated on the booking details. Additional Guests/visitors not permitted and will result in fines being issued to the guest. The complex has a right to refuse access for people who are not members of the booking. Other things to note • This is a no smoking unit • To maintain the privacy and security of our space, we kindly inform guests that visitors are not permitted. • NB: Drying laundry on the windows or balcony is not allowed at this property, should you ignore this law, you will be fined R1000.00 by the property manager. • Our unit does not have a backup power source during load shedding events. • We're remote hosts, and our team is available to assist you via phone calls and messaging between 8am-10pm daily, • Note: On-site assistance may incur a 1-hour wait and in a case of lost keys, a call-out fee is applicable. • Please note that our units are self-catering and do not include daily cleaning or amenity replenishment. A mandatory exit cleaning fee is charged, based on room type, to ensure high standards of cleanliness. All units are equipped with an in-unit washing machine for your convenience. We offer additional cleaning services at an extra cost. For extended stays, we provide complimentary cleans as follows: • For stays of 9 days or more – 1 complimentary clean • For stays of 2 weeks or more – 2 complimentary cleans • For stays of 1 month or more – 3 complimentary cleans Please note that our housekeeping team does not operate on Sundays or public holidays.
