This 3-star family accommodation is close to all amenities. Bright, comfortable and completely renovated, this house includes: - On the ground floor: fully equipped kitchen open to the living room, a bathroom and separate toilet. - On the first floor: master bedroom and second bedroom with two single beds. - A closed courtyard where you can enjoy your meals. Beds made on arrival. Very comfortable bedding. Baby equipment available 5 adults and a child maximum The space On the ground floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, induction stove, range hood, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, soup blender, potato masher, meat grinder and a large amount of dishes and cooking utensils. The kitchen is open to the living room which has a large convertible corner sofa (1/2 beds 120 cm wide), a coffee table, a connected TV (Smart TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime, Spotify...) and a large table with 6 comfortable seats. Free Wi-Fi throughout the property and in the courtyard. In the bathroom, you will find a large shower, a vanity unit with a large mirror, a hair dryer, a washing machine with a large clothes rack and a changing table. The staircase has a handrail for added safety. On the first floor, you will find the master bedroom with a double bed (140 x 200 bed) with a TV and a second bedroom with 2/3 beds (2 beds of 90 x 200) with an extra mattress if needed). The bedrooms have storage for linens. For your comfort, the beds are made on arrival with cotton sheets, the bedding is of high quality and there are electric shutters. We provide you with dish towels, a bath mat and 2 dishwasher tablets. Maximum capacity: 5 adults and 1 child. Baby equipment is at your disposal (bed, high chair, changing table, dishes and cutlery). Free parking is available right outside the property. Check-in can be done independently. Long-term stays are allowed. Bathroom linen is extra (€7 for a set which includes a bath towel and a 50x100 towel or €5 for the bath towel only and €3 for the small towel only). The house is located: - less than 500 meters from the bike path, beach, Lake Amance port and the many restaurants bordering the lake. - 15 minutes from Nigloland - 45 minutes from the center of Troyes - 30 minutes to factory outlets - 15 minutes from the Champenois vineyard - 5 minutes from Brienne-le-Château Many sites to visit and many activities are offered nearby for young and old (Nigloland amusement park, educational farm, tree climbing, museums (Charles De Gaulle Museum, Napoleon Museum, Stained Glass City, Museum of Modern Art...), ecomuseum, airfield (ULM, paramotor, skydiving, first flight...), the city center of Troyes and its must-see factory outlets, in addition to the activities offered by Lake Amance (swimming, sandy beach, numerous sports fields, beach volleyball, water skiing, boat rental, fishing, cycling...).
