This home breathes peace of mind: Relax with the whole family! Charming country house of more than 500 years old, totally renovated, respecting its Ibizan architecture and preserving all its original charm, located in a small paradise in the San Carlos area, enjoys total tranquility, quiet and with a lot of privacy, it is a solitary house although not isolated, you can see the sea and the Island of Formentera, it is only 10 minutes from the hippy market Las Dalias. The space The two-story house distributed as follows: from a large living room you access the 4 bedrooms; 2 double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom, 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds, one of these with en-suite bathroom. In total it has 4 bathrooms with shower, three inside the house and one on the outside; it also has a toilet in the playroom, next to the barbecue area and children's park. The traditional Ibiza kitchen, with its fireplace and side sofas is fully equipped. From here you can access the great living room and the terrace. From the living room equipped with satellite TV, you access a lovely porch with a long table and chairs, the terraces, the barbecue and the pool. Air conditioning: The two rooms that are at the top have air conditioning, the two rooms on the ground floor are very cool and have fans. Heating: All rooms have heating as well as the indoor bathrooms as well as a fireplace in the kitchen, so the house is ideal for a winter or spring getaway and enjoy a unique and different summer experience. Guest access It is an ideal home for family vacations, both for summer and winter and where children are welcome as they can enjoy playing in the park built especially for the little ones and a games room with a pool table for the older ones. The whole family can live an enriching and relaxing experience, enjoying the pool or the barbecue area, fully equipped with outdoor kitchen, located under a porch. Other things to note As a general rule, the hours of entry into the house are at 4:00 pm and check-out at 10:00 am, however we are very flexible than the schedules, so it is very important to know the arrival time, airline and flight number to organize your arrival and be able to give you the best welcome, we can even inform you in advance if we can do the entrance as soon as you arrive, so we ask you to send us the details of your flight as soon as you have these. Thank you for contacting us a week before your arrival to give you directions to get to the house. DURING YOUR STAY IN THE HOUSE: • Due to the lack of rain and temperatures on the Island, please be very careful if you use the barbecue, smoke and with the use of fire in any way. • Water on the Island is scarce, please use it conscientiously. • It is totally forbidden to disturb the neighbors with music and any noise. Music and sound between 10pm and 9am should be no more than 45 decibels. The parties are totally forbidden, otherwise the police can be called and the traveler would be fully responsible for any consequences and legal action against the property. • Meetings and dinners for more guests of the property capacity are strictly prohibited unless otherwise agreed in writing. • Any other sound equipment other than the house is strictly prohibited unless agreed upon prior to arrival and with written permission. • This house is prepared for a certain number of occupants. The guest agrees at all times to respect the maximum number of occupants with which the reservation was made, so in no case will their stipulated number increase. • In case of loss of keys and/or key fobs with remote control, the traveler will have to pay for the replacement of these, and/or key fobs, as well as all the administrative expenses that it entails. • It is strictly forbidden to change the position of the furniture on the property or make any other modification • Sometimes private or governmental construction work may be taking place in the vicinity, without prior notice; neither the owner nor the manager of the house has any influence on this work and is not responsible for any disturbance that may cause • Outages to water, electricity or internet are not regular and local authorities may sometimes cut or limit supplies for short periods of time. Neither the owner nor the administrator can assume any responsibility for the inconveniences caused by temporary cuts in such supplies. • The host and landlord recommend the tenant to take out travel insurance to protect them and their valuables. The Host and the Property Owner assume no responsibility for the guest's valuables. These should be careful to protect all their valuables as the property insurance does not protect valuables, nor those in the property safe should there be any. • The host and property of the home are exempt from any liability for injuries, death and other damages, which may be suffered by the occupants of the rented home, when they are due to their own negligence or misuse of the home, fortuitous event, or force majeure. • The host and the property, are not responsible for the breakage of mechanical equipment and/or lack of utilities such as water – including that which comes from water well that feeds the house - electricity and gas, when this occurs for reasons outside the property. The owner and the host, are not responsible for any inconvenience that may arise beyond our control. • The owner undertakes to solve any breakage, damage and/or repair, replenish any malfunctioning or damaged appliance, as well as solve any water and electricity related problems as soon as possible and that is within reach of our possibilities. Please note that you are renting a home where any of the above mentioned assumptions may occur and that on Saturdays and Sundays technicians rest and most appliance replacement shops are closed, you should know that this dwelling is not a hotel where they have a 24hrs maintenance service. Likewise, you agree that the technicians and/or owners access the house to solve any maintenance and/or repair problems in the house. • Children must be accompanied and supervised at all times by an adult, especially in and around the pool. • Pets are not permitted on the leased property without a written permit from the owner. • The owner reserves the right to make modifications to some of the property's specifications regarding furniture, accessories, or facilities, so any differences that may exist in the photographs/illustrations/texts used will not be liable. • It is strictly forbidden to perform social events and/or events such as weddings, receptions, cocktails, large parties that may cause disturbance to the neighbors, without the owner's prior consent. In no case may the house be used for parties or events for commercial purposes. • Permission is required for any event attended by a number of people that doubles or more, the number of people staying on the rental property. Permission to hold the event will incur an additional charge that will be determined at the time. Violation of this clause will be considered a breach of contract and may lead to the loss of the Security and immediate departure from the rented property without compensation. If the house is left in poor condition that require overtime cleaning (more than usual), customers will be charged for overtime cleaning. Please make sure there are no garbage bags left inside or outside of the property. Leaving garbage bags full can attract insects, cats, or other animals, so please take them to the nearest bins. If trash is left inside or outside of the gardens, there will be a 150 Euro penalty that will be deducted from your security deposit. . Please note that you have 24h after your arrival at the property to inform us of any irregularities or breakage of furniture, otherwise we will assume that the damage was done during your stay. . Please note that the house has an alarm security system that is equipped with a camera that only works as a motion detector and that is only activated when there is an alarm jump, that is when the alarm is activated in the event that someone (not belonging to the group) tries to enter the house forcefully while the guests are not. In no case is it a recording camera and it is also not operational when the alarm is disconnected. The alarm system is set to protect the tenants and not to invade their privacy. When making your reservation, you are in agreement with this house security system, otherwise and to resolve any questions, you must contact us before making your reservation.
