Atypical accommodation, sea view, close to the beach

Have a great family vacation at this chic, well-ventilated, tree-lined home 200m from the beach. The duplex is in a fenced and guarded villa. It has an equipped kitchen, 3 beautiful bedrooms, 3 bathrooms with toilet and bar. On the terrace there is a living room, dining room and extra bed. From the rooftop you will have a panoramic view from where you can see the Katsepy lighthouse (built by Gustave Eiffel) and according to the seasons the whales. The space Family duplex with 3 bedrooms, a kitchen, a kitchenette, 3 toilets and 3 bathrooms and a very large terrace with living/dining room and a double bed. For the 9th and 10th people we can add 1 extra double mattress, to be placed on the floor, for an extra €5/day Each bed is equipped with a mosquito net and fan. In case of load shedding, we have solar lights and water tanks.
