The villa is located by the sea in a small fishing village, overlooking a beautiful bay, unspoiled nature, a clear sea where the well-known oysters are grown. The location is ideal for day tours to Dubrovnik, Korcula, Mljet, Peljesac, Medjugorje. Prapratno beach is 4 km away. The space Villa Luka with its own fenced yard with a boat mooring and a small beach, perfect for anyone who loves kayaking and SUPs, as well as enjoying the sun in peace and quiet. There are two apartments for rent in Villa. Your apartment Pavo is 48 m2, consists of a bedroom, a bathroom with a deep bathtub, a living room (sofa bed) and a kitchen, and a covered balcony. In addition, it is available to you with shared use with guests from the other apartment and a large terrace at the top of the house, protected from the view, ideal for sunbathing, as well as a terrace on the ground floor next to a pond and a private beach. We also offer a small rowboat to everyone if they want to explore the surrounding coves, as well as a kayak. The backyard has a fireplace with grill tools, and a table and chairs if you want to eat outdoors. Sun loungers and umbrellas are available on both terraces, all included in the nightly rate. Guest access There is a small beach on the property, and if necessary, we can provide a mooring for your own boat if you're traveling with it. The nearest restaurant with local food offerings is in the neighboring village of Hodilje, 1 km away. More experienced paddlers can get to it and with the boat available for your use. Ston and Little Ston which are 4-5 km away are packed with restaurants with a range of local specialties. If you're interested in sourcing seafood, homemade wines, eggs, olive oil..
