If you are tired of the stressful pace of life and need a vacation with the sun, the sea and a book, then you will enjoy the accommodation I offer you. The villa is located by the sea in a small fishing village, overlooking a beautiful bay, untouched nature, a clean sea in which the widely known Malostonske oysters are grown. The location is ideal for day trips to Dubrovnik, Korcula, Mljet, Peljesac, Medjugorje. Prapratno Beach is 4 km away. The space Villa Luka with its own fenced yard with a boat mooring and a small beach, perfect for anyone who loves kayaking and SUP, as well as enjoying the sun in peace and quiet. There are two apartments for rent in the Villa. Your apartment Pavo is 48 m2, consists of a bedroom, bathroom with a deep bathtub, living room (sofa sofa bed) and kitchen and a covered balcony. In addition, there is a large terrace at the top of the house, protected from view, ideal for sunbathing, as well as a terrace on the ground floor next to the pond and a private beach. We also offer everyone a small boat with paddles free of charge if they want to explore the surrounding coves, as well as a kayak. In the courtyard there is a fireplace with barbecue utensils, and a table and chairs if you want to eat outdoors. Sun loungers and parasols are available on both terraces, all included in the price of the night. Guest access There is a small beach on-site and, if necessary, we can provide a berth for your own boat if you are traveling with it. Along the beach there are sun loungers and an outdoor shower, as well as a barbecue and an outdoor dining table. Other things to note The accommodation is in a small fishing village where there are no shops or catering facilities. For groceries, you should go to Ston, which is 4 km away from the accommodation. The nearest restaurant with local food is in the neighboring village of Hodilje, 1 km away. More experienced rowers can reach it with the boat at your disposal. Ston and Mali Ston, which are 4-5 km away, are full of restaurants offering local specialties. If you are interested in buying seafood, local wines, eggs, olive oil...
