From here, you can explore the Westerwald or discover the region's tourist highlights. Whether you want to enjoy a relaxing vacation or concentrate on your work - both are possible. The space The apartment is in a central yet quiet location. You can park for free on the street when you arrive and conveniently bring your luggage into the apartment at ground level. Access to the apartment is contactless via a Keysafe, which means you can also arrive late. We invite you to enjoy hot or cold drinks and snacks on arrival. If you arrive late, you don't have to worry about going hungry, as you will find an emergency ration of spaghetti with tomato sauce in the kitchen. There is a petrol station with 24-hour REWE-to-go within walking distance, so you can also run late errands. During the day, you can reach an organic market and wine merchant in about 2 minutes on foot. You can reach all the usual grocery stores (ALDI, LIDL, REWE), stores and restaurants in about 5 minutes by car. From the apartment you can also quickly walk to the historic city center with its beautiful half-timbered houses or go for a walk along the Dill river and the Dill meadows. The large and beautiful apartment has its own bathroom with shower and bathtub. So you can choose whether you prefer a quick shower or a relaxing bath. Bath bombs are provided next to the bathtub. The bedroom has a comfortable king-size double bed for two people. In addition, the sofa in the living room can be converted into a cozy sofa bed, providing an extra place to sleep. The apartment has a kitchen with fridge, small freezer compartment, dishwasher, stove, oven and washer-dryer. Towels, bedding and washing, cooking and dishwashing utensils are already provided. The apartment is designed in such a way that you can feel at home here for longer periods of time and, if you wish, cater for yourself. The living room is furnished with a sofa bed and a 55-inch TV where you can relax or use your streaming service, e.g. Netflix. There is a door between the living room and kitchen, so you can create even more privacy if required. The apartment is designed in a minimalist industrial style and creates a calming and tasteful atmosphere without appearing cluttered. The ability to regulate the light is another highlight - most of the lamps and light switches allow you to brighten or dim the rooms as required. Candles are also available to create a cozy atmosphere and can be switched on and off individually. They work without fire and can be operated using remote controls. We have gone to great lengths to make your stay as uncomplicated and pleasant as possible so that you can relax and feel as comfortable as possible. Guest access The apartment is for your sole use. Thanks to the key safe, you can check in contactlessly and conveniently around the clock, which also allows you to arrive late. Check-in is from 3 pm. Check-out is until 11 am. Other things to note Smoking is not permitted in the apartment. There is an ashtray in front of the entrance door. Parties are not allowed in the apartment. Pets are unfortunately not allowed.
