The rental is like a weekend home for 16 people. Guest access The house will be at your disposal for the duration of your stay. You don't share the garden, pool, etc. with anyone else. Other things to note The nightly rent is for 24 hours. We are flexible regarding check-in. Check-out depends on what time you arrive. For example, if you arrive on a Friday at 6pm, you would check out on Saturday at 6pm. The published price is for 24 hours and 16 people. Additional people cost 150 pesos per night. In case of two nights, 200 per person. And additional hours have a cost of 200 pesos. This is upon arrival at the house. No keys are handed over, there is a person in charge of receiving you and opening the door whenever you require it, always respecting your privacy
