Park in the property only. 💵 Security Deposit: RM500. Refund will be on the check-out day if there's no issue, rules broken, complaints or damages. 🔇Noise: Strictly no noise. Kindly respect the residences. Penalty of minimum RM500 applied if there’s report from community. House equipped with noise detector. 🅿️ Parking: Max 6 cars allowed to enter and park in neighbourhood. Driver full name, phone no, and car plate no are required to get QR pass for checking by security guard. Parking infront of neighbour house is not allowed. 🍗 BBQ: Is allowed outside at front porch parking area only for safety and cleanliness. 🏊‍♂ Swimpool: Please wear swim-friendly attire (no cotton clothes). Kids must be supervised by adults. No food and BBQ allowed at pool areas for safety and cleanliness. 🐕 Pets and Animal: Is not allowed 👟 Footwear: Kindly refrain from wearing shoes inside the house. 🚫 Prohibited Activities: No engagement in illegal activities, drug use, or gambling is permitted on the premises. 🚭 Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. A cleaning fee of RM1000 - RM1200 will be charged for eliminating any lingering odors. 👨‍🍳 Kitchen Cleanup: Please clean the kitchen and wash used dishes and cooking equipment after use. Failure to do so may result in an additional cleaning fee. 🧹 General Cleanliness: An extra cleaning fee will be applied if the premises are left excessively messy, with leftover food, bottles, cans, or event-related items. 🛌Linens and Towels: Additional cleaning or replacement fees may be charged for linens or towels with significant dirt, stains, or makeup. 🏠 Property Care: Please take good care of all items within the premises. Guests will be responsible for repair or replacement costs for any damages incurred. 🦺 Safety and Security: Guests are solely responsible for the safety and safekeeping of their body and belongings. The host assumes no liability for guests' personal items. 🚪Check-in/Check-out: Check-in is after 3pm, and check-out is before 12pm. Late check-out will incur a charge of RM200 per hour. 🛫 Departure Protocol: Upon check-out, kindly close all windows and doors, turn off all electrical appliances, and inform the host of your departure.
