This is a unique modern house built inside an old barn, historic wood on the outside, glass and hemp-lime on the inside. Three floors, two bedrooms with breathtaking sights from the balconies, a fully equipped kitchen, and a cozy living room with a fireplace. And it is so quiet, you'll never believe it! Vna is a peaceful historic village with easy public transport to the lower villages. You are minutes away from two ski areas, a spa, and various shops. Minimum of three days bookings only. The space What used to be an old barn, a Swiss architect turned into a fantastic contemporary living space with lots of light. On the three floors, you will find a combination of the old dark wooden beams and new light wood staircases and decks. On the upper level, there is a master bedroom with a king-size bed, a balcony facing the morning sun, and a bathroom with a shower and a window to the mountain. The main floor embraces a resting space with a fireplace, a dining space with an antique table and artisanal chairs, a modern kitchen with all possible appliances, and enough storage space for skis or hiking equipment. The lower floor hosts two double beds, a large resting area, and a bathroom with a shower. Guest access With the exception of a few cabinets marked "Private", all the spaces are accessible to the guests. Other things to note The house is located in the historical village of Vna. It is a very quiet and tranquil place with an easy commute by car or bus to Ramosch, where you can find the closest supermarket, or to Schuol, where you find a variety of shops, the amazing spa complex Bogn Engadina, train station, and skiing area Scuol/Motta Naluns. Scuol is 12 km away from Vna. On the other side, there is another skiing area of Samnaum/Ischgl (32 km). From Vna, there is a variety of easy and more complex winter and summer walks and hikes to Hof Zuort, Tschlin, Val Sinestra, and more.
