Each room is furnished in a different style (vintage, classic, and retro), creating warm and distinctive spaces designed for comfort and character. The bathroom is fully equipped with a large sink, WC, bidet, shower, and washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a cooktop, oven, microwave, refrigerator, and everything needed to cook and enjoy meals at home. A handmade travertine fireplace adds character and a cozy atmosphere to the space. Across from the kitchen there is a living room with a sofa and a 40” Smart TV, perfect for relaxing after a day outdoors. In addition to relaxation, Marche House is also ideal for remote work. A dedicated room, separate from the rest of the house, is available with a large desk, desk lamp, stationery, and a comfortable office chair. This space can also be used for indoor activities such as yoga, fitness, dance, or creative activities. Outside, a spacious covered terrace welcomes guests with open views of the countryside and surrounding hills, ideal for slow breakfasts or quiet moments of relaxation. The private garden, which surrounds the entire house, is fully available to guests and is especially beautiful in spring and summer. Within the property there is also an old stone farmhouse from the late 1800s: not habitable, but a valuable example of traditional rural architecture. Forca di Presta is easily reachable and is a popular starting point for scenic hikes, suitable both for experienced walkers and for those looking for easier paths. In the opposite direction, in about 35 minutes by car, guests can reach the sea and the Blue Flag sandy beaches of San Benedetto del Tronto, famous for the palm-lined promenade of the Riviera of Palms.
