Elegant apartment, finely furnished with attention to detail, located at the gates of Lake Iseo. We take care of our facility as if it were our home: Loft Civico 12 is designed to offer, even to the most demanding customer, a stay full of comfort and relaxation. Our goal is to give our guests a unique experience: the beauty of being on vacation but with the feeling of being at home. The space Cozy and modern: ✔large loft that houses a magnificent relaxation area and a double bed; ✔ spacious and cozy open space that includes a living room, dining area and kitchen (with a peninsula and super-equipped with appliances, utensils and 'basic necessities' such as water, salt, oil, tea and coffee); ✔ double bedroom; ✔ bathroom equipped with washing machine and shower (with first aid kit, hairdryer, hand wash, shampoo and shower gel always available for our guests). Inside the apartment you will find the beds ready, and a set of towels for each guest. From the bright window of the living room you can access the ✔ balcony (equipped with a small table, chairs, clothesline with clothespins), a perfect area for smokers and for your moment of relaxation outdoors. The apartment is equipped with an air conditioning system, located in the open space.
