You will have access to the complex's shared sparkling lap pool and gym, and at home, an open-plan kitchen and dining area offers all you need to cook and enjoy meals, including a six-seater table, oven, air fryer, and a dishwasher for easy clean-up. A spacious and air-conditioned living area includes a large sofa and chaise to settle into with your favourite TV series, while a second lounge area with a couch and TV ensures everyone has space to unwind. Sliding glass doors open out to a generously sized private balcony, where you can dine at the six-seater table, relax with a book in a cosy armchair or enjoy a glass of wine while you soak up the panoramic views and famous Darwin sunset. Accommodating six guests, two light and airy bedrooms include a king and queen bed respectively while a sofa bed in the living area sleeps two children. Both bedrooms have split system air conditioning and ceiling fans, the primary bedroom also features a walk-in robe and an ensuite with a double vanity while the main bathroom includes a shower, bathtub and complimentary toiletries. Other conveniences include WiFi, a private washing machine and dryer, and garage parking for two cars as well as free on-street parking 24/7.
