We welcome you for short or long stays in the heart of a quiet, secure 15-hectare Normandy estate located in Marcilly-sur-Eure. The space Open the door and discover your place of residence, Au 714, which can accommodate up to 4 people. Totally open to the forest thanks to its panoramic view, it is composed of 2 bedrooms, a warm and spacious living space. It will offer you a complete experience whether for relaxation or work. At the heart of your accommodation, relax on a large comfortable sofa, dine at a friendly table and cook in a fully equipped and functional space. With your credentials, you have access to Netflix as well as Prime Video. Also, for peaceful nights, all of our rooms are equipped with roller shutters and quality bedding. Anxious to best adapt to your expectations, we offer a dedicated workspace. A fully enclosed plot and terrace are at your disposal. You can enjoy a relaxing outdoor space halfway between the sun and the natural shade of the surrounding vegetation. For your comfort, a reversible air conditioning system has been installed since June 2025. For your comfort, towels are provided, beds are made upon arrival and end of stay cleaning is included in the rate. For little ones, full baby equipment can be provided on request. On site and to complete the stay of young and old, a children's playground, tennis court, basketball and ping-pong tables are at your disposal.
