Welcome to Villa Bien-Désirée, our little piece of tropical paradise in Saint-François. Treat yourself to a relaxing break in a quiet and conveniently located residential area, just minutes from Raisins Clairs Beach, shops, restaurants and the lively downtown of Saint-François. Far from mass tourism, we welcome you in an authentic and friendly atmosphere. Here, everything is designed to make your stay relaxing, exotic and unforgettable. The space Located on the garden level of a Creole villa, this independent studio offers you the necessary comfort for a pleasant and relaxing stay. It consists of an equipped kitchenette (refrigerator, microwave, stovetop, coffee maker, toaster, utensils...), ideal for preparing your meals independently. You can enjoy them around the high table or on the outdoor terrace. The sleeping area is equipped with a 140x200 bed with a mosquito net for peaceful nights even in the tropics, a TV and zipper panels offering more privacy. You also have a dressing area with storage for suitcases. The entire room is air-conditioned and opens directly to the private and shaded terrace corner, a real haven of peace, perfect for breakfast while listening to the birds. The accommodation has an Internet connection (the signal is weak in some places) and a shared laundry is available if you want to do some laundry during your stay. For your comfort, a water tank has been installed to compensate for the frequent water cuts in Guadeloupe. Bed linen and towels are provided. If you want an additional change during your stay, this is possible for a small fee. Outside, you can fully enjoy the shared swimming pool (10x5 m) with outdoor shower, nestled in a green setting, between coconut trees and tropical sweetness. Note: In order for you to enjoy your stay to the fullest until the last moment, a cleaning fee of €50 is required upon arrival. This allows us to host you in an always spotless home, and to avoid any cleaning constraints at the end of your stay. Guest access The studio has a completely independent entrance, located at the back of the villa, offering direct and convenient access to the covered parking. Your rental car will be parked there with peace of mind, away from the sun and safe for the duration of your stay. Other things to note We live on the first floor of the villa and remain discreet but always available: whether to advise you on a secret beach, book an activity, or just share a friendly moment around a homemade planter. You will be at home… with the tranquility of independence and the warmth of personalized hospitality. To better locate the place, our Creole house is organized in three distinct spaces: our upstairs accommodation, an apartment, and the independent studio you will occupy, both located on the garden level. The swimming pool and laundry are shared between the different accommodations, in a respectful and relaxed atmosphere. To make your arrival and stay more enjoyable, we offer several services on request: - Airport-villa transfer with private driver, - Meal delivered to your home, Creole or classic cuisine, for the evening of your arrival, - Breakfast to start your first day right, - Groceries to start the stay.
