The space This townhouse features a comfortable and convenient layout spread across two floors. First Floor: Upon entering the townhouse, you will find yourself on the first floor. This level is designed to accommodate various common living spaces and offers a great deal of privacy. It consists of a private kitchen with fully equipped providing an ideal area for cooking and preparing meals. Adjacent to the kitchen, there is a living room furnished with comfortable seating arrangements, allowing you to relax and entertain guests. Additionally, a dining room is situated nearby, providing a designated area for enjoying meals. The projector functions as a TV and is equipped with an added Chromecast, allowing for streaming services like Netflix to be easily accessed and enjoyed on a larger screen. Second Floor: Ascending to the second floor, you will discover the bedroom and a private bathroom. The bedroom is designed as a personal retreat, offering a comfortable space for relaxation and rest. Adjacent to the bedroom is a private bathroom, featuring essential fixtures such as a sink, toilet, and shower or bathtub, providing convenience and privacy for personal hygiene. Overall, this townhouse provides a cozy and functional living environment, with the first floor dedicated to communal spaces and the second floor offering a private bedroom and bathroom for personal use. Note: The property may be subject to some noise due to ongoing construction. - No smoking inside the villa. - We provide daily cleaning services. - Towel and bedsheet changing twice a week. - For monthly rent, electricity is not included in the price. (The guests have to pay the electricity) - For the monthly rent, we require a deposit of 10% of the total amount which will be refunded after check-out. Or we will be more than happy to welcome you in our communal area while wait for your Townhouse to be prepared. – Similarly, for late departures, reserving an additional night will guarantee access to villa until your departure. If you choose not to reserve, we will be glad to store your bags in the receptionist till the time you need to go to the airport. The late check-out is subject to availability and may involve an extra charge. Please note that Bali is a tropical destination, so you may occasionally encounter insects or small wildlife, particularly near gardens and open-air areas. From time to time, this can include geckos, ants, butterflies, birds, and other insects, this is a normal part of island life and these visitors are generally harmless.
