This 10 Sleeper, 5-Bedroom fully equipped self-catering home offers a private jetty, large veranda overlooking the river with a splash pool and outdoor areas perfect for entertaining and to enjoy sundowners with a view. Enjoy birdwatching from the patio, or fishing off the private jetty, and bring along your boat and water toys to fully enjoy the river during your stay. The space There are 5 Bedrooms that can comfortably accommodate 10 Adults, or 8 Adults and 2 - 5 children in shared bedrooms. All bedrooms are airconditioned. Bedroom 1 - Queen Bed + Day Bed Bedroom 2 - 2 Single Beds Bedroom 3 - Double Bed Bedroom 4 (upstairs) - Double Bed + Single Bed Bedroom 5 (upstairs) - Queen Bed + Single Bed Direct access to the Breede river with a private Jetty. Parking for maximum 4 cars on the property. Guest access Guests will do a self check-in. Details will be provided closer to your check in time. Other things to note The house will be cleaned before you book in, and on the day of your departure. Additional cleaning services can be arranged at an extra cost, and should be booked well in advance - the host will assist with this if required. Guests are required to complete and sign a Vacation Rental Agreement prior to arrival - this will be emailed to you upon booking. Check-in is from 15:00 on day of arrival, and Check-out is by 10:00 on day of departure.
