Villetta Marino P is a townhouse located in Cala Caterina, Villasimius, just 200 meters from the sea. It is able to accommodate up to 4 people and offers a living room with sofa bed, kitchenette, a double bedroom and a bedroom with two single beds. The villa includes a bathroom, a veranda, a front and back garden with green lawn, an outdoor shower, a barbecue, and a covered parking space. Air conditioning is available only in the living room. Other things to note HOUSE RULES AND ADDITIONAL COSTS - RULES AND ADDITIONAL COSTS Note: Our Houses are provided without Bath/Bed linen, however you can bring your own linen from home or rent it on site on request and with at least 3 days' notice before arrival. The cost for this service is €40 per week for the Double Set and €20 for the single set, with weekly change via pickup and delivery at our Agency in Villasimius there is also the payment of a fee for water/electricity/gas consumption (20 euros per person/week) and the mandatory payment of a precautionary deposit against any damage to the house, equal to 400 €. Pets: Supplement of 50.00 euros (for each animal) for special cleaning and disinfection following the presence of animals (**to be confirmed at the time of booking**) We kindly ask you to inform us about the expected time of arrival and to inform us of your mobile telephone number to cope with unforeseen events.The standard time for check-in is between 17 and 20.00; It is possible to anticipate the Check-in if the house is available, however for reasons of internal organization we can not ensure this possibility in advance. Our Agency is open from 09:00 to 13:00 and from 17:00 to 20:00. The delivery of the house after 8:00 pm includes a charge of €30 until 11:00 pm and €50 after this time.
