Whether you bring your own charcoal grill supply or use the kitchen supplies to feel right at home by cooking outdoor or indoor meals, enjoy coffee in the morning while swinging on the porch, listening birds chirp, or unexpected turkeys and deer visits, ignite fire at outdoor fire-pit and have breakfast under the trees, we will make memories that last! The space It's 2 bedrooms and one bath cabin which can accommodate up-to 4 people comfortably. Cabin is cute as button with everything you need to make your stay memorable. Here is the listing of supplies to bring. Water bottles and beverages, dry wood for indoor fireplace or outdoor fire-pit, fire starters or 4 hours fire log for fireplace experience ( cabin has floor board heaters in each room and split system heater) Marshmallow supply, your choice of coffee and your favorite creamer ( we have k-cup machine and traditional coffee maker) Microwaveable or oven ready meals or charcoal BBQ grill supplies, breakfast supplies. Hot Tub is on the porch but it's 110 V plug and play,. We winterized it and not ready to use it. If you want to have cold plunges, then we don't mind filling it up and use it. It may not be hot enough for winter months. We do not advertise Hot tub and will not offer any refund based on complaints about it. Cabin is for outdoor enthusiasts who love nature. Improvise and be creative with supplies on hand. BBQ is charcoal grill and needs special skills and supplies to cook meals, and you have to clean up before and after your use. Iron skillet is in the kitchen if needed for outdoor fire-pit cooking. We are not responsible for having all supplies for BBQ cooking. It's an experience to be making something with limited ingredients and enjoy nature. Cabin is closer to Copperhill TN and McCaysville GA twin cities. For Early morning coffee, Try Yellowbird coffee shop where coffee is made in TN while you wait in GA. Don't forget to take a pic standing in both state at the same time. Lots of restaurants in McCaysville Downtown (10 minutes), grocery store like IGA, Quick pick food Mart is your go to. Blue Ridge Downtown is 20 minutes away that has lots of options to explore. For Groceries, try Taste of Amish, Food Lion etc Restaurant and places to explore, refer to our welcome guide. Things to do: 1. Water Rafting or Kayaking only 15 minutes away from Sun & Fun Cabin (call Rolling Thunder River Company or Blue Ridge Tubing to check their schedule) 2. Pack for Mercier orchards ( 10 mins from Cabin) 3. Hiking trails depending upon your activity levels and So many trails. GPS for Weaver Creek/BMT trail head, Craddock Center Trail Head, Fightingtown Creek Nature Park, Rhododendron Trail. 4. Sunset or sunrise trip (sunrise at the lake or Sunset at Morganton Point Recreation Area) 5. Horse riding ( Blue Ridge Mountain Trail Rides or D C Stables -10 mins from cabin) 6. Live music at so many bars 7. Fishing at the lake 8. Ride a train through mountain 9. Museums like Ducktown Basin Museum, Expedition: Big Foot 10. Dinner reservations at famous Blue Ridge Restaurants(Grace Prime or many others) 11. Couples Spa at Serenity in the Mountain Spa. 12. Visit Downtown of Blue Ridge, wine tastings, explore surroundings and try Axe throwing or indoor golf 13. Outdoor enthusiasts will love places to see such as Aska Adventure Area which includes the Stanley Gap loop for biking, hiking, boating, fishing, kayaking, rafting and tubing or Fall Branch Falls which is a 1/4 mile hiking trail along the Benton Mackaye Trail Guest access Whole cabin and surrounding 2 acres of land Other things to note Hot tub is empty right now. Hot Tub is 110 V so it takes time to heat up to desired temperature. If you like to fill up tub, it takes 2 days to heat up in winter months
