Spacious 75 m² gîte on 3 levels, located in a renovated old farm. It includes 2 bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, a south-facing terrace, animals to discover, a spa (optional) and breakfast served on site or to go. This cottage is part of the Plaines Provence property, offering an authentic experience, where comfort and nature meet. The space Welcome to the "La Blache" vacation rental, a peaceful haven located in a renovated old farmhouse, perfect for up to 6 adults. With its south-facing wooden terrace, enjoy stunning views of the peaks and the calm of the countryside. Composition of the gîte (3 levels): • Ground floor: fully equipped kitchen, and an interior door giving access to the spa & sauna (option with extra charge). • 1st floor: seating area, with Rapido sofa bed 140 x 190, shower and toilet • 2nd floor: 2 bedrooms with double beds (160 × 200) It should be noted that our cottage is an old renovated farmhouse, and the stairs can be a bit steep, which could be a problem for some people with mobility difficulties. However, they are secured with child barriers if required. Also discover farm life with our goats, sheep and donkeys, freely accessible if you want to approach them. Services included: • Dedicated parking nearby. • 100% cotton gauze linen (OEKO-TEX label). • Pack 'n play on request. • Mosquito nets • Breakfast and dinner (optional with extra charge). Homemade dishes prepared under restaurant license. Meal reservations until 9 p.m. the day before for the next day. We also offer two other cottages (studio for 2 people) on the same estate, "La Bigue" and "Le Pic d'Oise", upon reservation. Guest access The three cottages "La Blache", "Le Pic d'Oise" and "La Bigue" are part of the Plaines Provence establishment, located in a renovated old farmhouse in Champtercier, in a quiet and natural setting. Each cottage has independent access with a turnkey entrance and offers a private terrace with magnificent views of the mountains. You can also access the animal park if you wish, where our goats, sheep and donkeys await you. Parking is easy, with reserved parking located close to each cottage. Our "Wellness" area (jacuzzi and sauna) is open from 1 p.m. to 10:45 p.m., with private slots of 1 hour 45 minutes. You can access it directly from your cottage.
