Vacation home at the harbor in Zingst

The small white charming wooden house on the water Our vacation home is located directly on the Boddendeich overlooking the Boddengewässer and the Kirr. The harbor and town center are very close, within walking distance. The house has a private garden with a spacious south-west terrace. One bedroom and an open sleeping area with daybed offer 3-4 guests sleeping places on the upper floor. The house also has a sauna and an antique Swedish tiled stove. Parking at the house, fiber optic Wi-Fi The space Our vacation home is right behind the dike at the end of a cul-de-sac. The location is therefore particularly quiet and yet close to the center. In a few steps you are at the harbor and can get on an excursion steamer or eat an ice cream on the water. The rented house is available exclusively for the guests with only rooms and the property. You can park the car on the property. Charging e-cars will be possible from April 2025. We are working on a solution. On the ground floor of the house is a sauna with shower. Next to the space-saving staircase to the upper floor you will find a toilet. After a small hallway you enter the open living-dining area, which exudes great comfort through its old Swedish tiled stove. The fully equipped kitchen offers space for your purchases and is equipped with many appliances for daily needs (oven, refrigerator, toaster, Nespresso machine, dishwasher, etc.). A large couch invites you to cuddle. Through the terrace door you enter the garden. There is a dining table with a parasol, a lounge and two sun chairs. Upstairs, next to a bedroom with a double bed, there is an open sleeping area that can accommodate 1-2 additional people (or children). The special thing about the upper floor: you have a view of the Bodden Sea and the Kirr. Especially in autumn you can watch the crane migration up close. Other things to note Utilities You are renting a vacation home - all consumables are to be purchased by the guest himself. We will do our best to provide you with basic amenities (toilet paper, etc.) on the day of arrival. The cost of the final cleaning is already included in your bill. Bed linen and towels are to be brought by yourself, unless you have booked this additionally with us. The cleaning company charges €26 per linen package (bed linen, sheets, large and small towel) (for two people it is €52, etc.). Please contact us in good time (at least 48 hours before arrival) if you wish. We will then ask the cleaning team to make the beds for you. Payment for this service will then be made in cash. Please note that additional costs for the visitor's tax, sauna use, wood (according to consumption, trust fund) are incurred. Zingst charges a visitor's tax of €2.30 per person per day. No tourist tax is due for children up to the age of 6. Children and adolescents up to 17 years of age only pay half. The sauna works via a coin machine: a sauna session of 20 minutes costs €2 (the total time is 30 minutes approx. 10 minutes are needed to heat up). The existing wood (shed) is billed via a trust fund at €5 per wooden box. If the dried wood is used up at some point, you have to buy wood yourself. Electric cars may not yet be charged with us and we accept no liability for e-bike batteries charged with us.
