LIVING ROOM - The living room unfolds an experience of luxury and fun with direct access to the outdoor pool and lawn. - It has amenities such as an AC, Smart TV, WiFi, fan, mosquito repellent, a wired home theater music system & an Alexa-enabled Bluetooth speaker. - The living room can accommodate 10-12 people with sofa-style seating. DINING AREA - The dining area is part of the living area and provides a communal experience to enjoy culinary delights. - The dining area can accommodate 8 people and has an AC. KITCHEN - Guests do not have access to the kitchen. - It is equipped with a water filter, microwave cum OTG, toaster, gas stove, refrigerator, crockery and cutlery. - Cooking or consumption of non-vegetarian food is not allowed. BALCONY - Showcasing a beautiful and grand view of the lawn, the balcony is on the first floor and has direct access from bedroom 5. - The balcony can comfortably accommodate 6-8 people. LAWN - This is a well-manicured lawn with lush greenery and tiny flowers dotted with 30-40 people seating capacity. POOL - There is a private outdoor pool, 20x25 ft. in size and 4.5 ft. in depth. - It has a common bathroom for the guest's convenience. - There is also poolside seating for 10-12 people and the pool is accessible from 7 AM to 9 PM. Guest access The guests have access to the entire villa except the kitchen. Other things to note ADD-ON SERVICES - All meals are included in the price of the stay. - A bonfire setup can be arranged at no additional cost.
