Modern Villa Bura is located in a quiet and peaceful part of Privlaka. It offers perfect conditions for relaxation and intimate family time. The location off the beaten track, away from the center of the village, gives guests an intimate atmosphere in which they can truly relax. Ground floor There is a spacious, air-conditioned living room connected to a fully equipped kitchen and dining area with a large table and 8 chairs. The kitchen has a pantry. A guest toilet is also provided on this level of the house. Large sliding glass connects the open-plan ground floor area with the garden, sun terrace, and heated swimming pool. First floor The first floor is a sleeping area with 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, each of which has a private en-suite bathroom. Two bedrooms are equipped with double beds, one has 2 single beds. There is also a spacious shaded terrace with a view of a pool and green surroundings.  On the sun terrace, there is also a jacuzzi, providing a perfect spot for relaxation and enjoying the surroundings.  Detailed information about the equipment can be found in the Features section under the property description.The entire property is fenced, which is particularly beneficial for families on vacation with children. It is surrounded by a green, village neighborhood.   The outdoor area consists of a garden, a terrace with sun loungers, and a private heated swimming pool with a shower. Next to the pool, there is an additional space that has the function of a summer kitchen with a grill and dining area. This room is roofed and can be easily reached from the main ground floor area so it's a wonderful alternative for cooking and dining in the house even during rainy days. You can prepare and enjoy your meal or drink while keeping an eye on the children playing in the garden or bathing in the pool. For those who love fresh, healthy food, guests are welcome to pick seasonal vegetables straight from the garden — a true taste of the Mediterranean sun! BEACHES The nearest beach is distanced by about 900m. It is a sandy beach, partially with gravel. The coast is flat with a gentle descent to the sea and the waters here are shallow and warm. Dogs beach Privlaka - 1 km Sandy beach Privlaka - 1,4 km City beach Privlaka - 1,9 km Cape beach - 2,7 km Prezida beach, Vir -2,9 km Sabunike beach - about 3 km, sandy beach with a gentle descent to the sea. Kraljičina beach - 5,5 km, famous sandy beach with a gentle descent to the sea. Ždrijac beach - 7 km. It is a part of Nin's sandy lagune that can be compared to a large bay with warm water and gentle descent to the sea. There is a windsurfing center. Windsurfing enthusiasts will love it here – highly recommended! Both beaches in Nin have parking so tourists can easily reach them by car. The entire coast in Privlaka-Sabunike-Nin is a favorite place for families with children. The specificity of these beaches with shallow, rapidly warming waters means that you can take a bath here long before and after the main tourist season. NEAREST RESTAURANTS, CAFE BARS AND GROCERIES There is a café bar right next to the nearest grocery store, perfect for a quick coffee or refreshment.  Additionally, about 950 meters from the villa, you’ll find the lovely Partenza Beach Bar, which offers a beautiful view of the islands and stunning sunsets. A restaurant is located approximately 1.8 km away, while the widest selection of restaurants, shops, and services can be found in the center of Nin, about 5 km from the villa.
