Modern and welcoming semi-detached house located in the hamlet of San Bernardo, a seven-minute drive from the sea and the beaches of Sestri Levante, ideal for a relaxing holiday surrounded by the nature of the first hills of the Ligurian town, from which you can enjoy an enviable view of the sea and the Gulf of Tigullio. Of large size, the accommodation is suitable for hosting up to 6 people and is characterized by refined furnishings that make the atmosphere pleasant and relaxing. Upon entering you will immediately find the living room, with sofa, television and a desk to use as a work space if necessary. Next to it, separated from the living room, is the kitchen, modern and equipped with everything you may need to prepare and consume meals during your stay: hob, oven. fridge and freezer, kettle, kitchen utensils and crockery. There is also a dining table and a French window that provides access to the balcony of the house. The balcony surrounds the house on three sides and at the widest point is equipped with a table and chairs, for your lunches or dinners outside in the beautiful season of the Riviera Returning inside and walking along the corridor you will arrive at the three bedrooms of the house: the master bedroom with a double bed, the second bedroom with another double bed and the third bedroom with two single beds. There are wardrobes in all bedrooms and the second and third have further access to the balcony. Finally there is a bathroom complete with toilet and shower and a washing machine that can be used during the stay. Bedroom and bathroom linen is rented from a certified linen company for each stay and is included in the price. There is free Wi-Fi. There is air conditioning in the living room, in the master bedroom and in the second double bedroom. The last split is located in the corridor so as to refresh both the kitchen and the last bedroom. Heating for the winter months is autonomous with hot air split. There is no private parking but you will easily find parking in the open space of the Church of San Bernardo, which is a few meters from the house. Here you will also find public waste bins. Animals are not allowed. Guest access You will have access to all spaces of the accommodation which is rented entirely, without any areas shared with others. The accommodation is located on the second floor of the building and on the first floor there is another apartment, but there is no common area. ATTENTION : To get to the entrance you need to climb a flight of stairs, so the accommodation is not suitable if you have walking problems. Other things to note ATTENTION: We CANNOT issue invoices or any type of tax receipt so if you are traveling for work, before booking our apartment, check that you can use the Airbnb booking receipt for your expenses. POSSIBLE EXTRA COSTS: 1) Tourist tax: in the period from 1 March to 31 October, the municipality of Sestri Levante applies a tourist tax of €2/day per person (up to 10 nights). Minors up to their twelfth birthday are exempt. It will be collected in cash upon check-out. 2) Additional people compared to those declared; we usually ask 15 euros per night for each additional person. HOW TO REACH THE HOUSE: By car, exit at the Sestri Levante motorway toll booth. Once you exit at the toll booth, proceed in the direction of the Church of San Bernardo for about 2 km.
