Plancha, raclette maker, pancake maker on request only Wi-Fi available The space It is a country house in a quiet little hamlet in which it is important to respect the peace and quiet of the neighborhood. The property has 8 beds (2 beds 140x190 and 4 beds 90x190). On the ground floor, you will find an equipped kitchen with a table and 8 chairs, a living room with a TV, and a toilet with a washing machine. A bay window will give you direct access to the garden with terrace, garden table and chairs, 2 deck chairs, a wooden swimming pool open from June to September, and a lawn area. The exterior is fully fenced. A staircase will take you to the 2nd floor where there is a bathroom with shower and toilet, and 2 bedrooms with 2 beds measuring 140x190. Then on the 2nd floor, you will find a dormitory with 4 90 x 190 cm beds and games for children. All windows are secured with a key. Hot water integrated into our accommodation. In the dormitory, the bedrooms and the kitchen, you will find air conditioning. Our accommodation does not allow pets. Bathroom linens are not provided. The pool is operational in June. 2 parking spaces are available: Spaces for 2 cars, one behind the other. It is important to notify us if you arrive with more than 2 cars (van, motorhome, etc.). The accommodation also has a Wi-Fi code (the code is available at the entrance to the property), and the entire property is air-conditioned. Guest access The entire property is accessible and private for guests. Other things to note Shops ( Carrefour, Intermarche....)about 8 km from the accommodation (in the municipality of Amplepuis). Train station about 9 km from the accommodation. Accommodation about 1 hour from Lyon. Lac des Sapins is a 2-minute drive away. We ask guests to do a minimum of cleaning before they leave: • Empty and take out the garbage • Remove sheets, duvet covers and pillowcases • Dishes should be clean and tidy • The dishwasher must be emptied • The refrigerator must be clean and no food should be left in it.
