Plancha, raclette maker, pancake maker on request only Wi-Fi available The space This is a country house in a small quiet hamlet in which it is important to respect the peace and quiet of the neighborhood. The accommodation has 8 beds ( 2 140x190 beds and 4 90x190 beds). On the ground floor you will find an equipped kitchen with table and 8 chairs, a living room with TV and a toilet with a washing machine. A glass window will give you direct access to the garden with terrace, garden table and chairs, 2 sunbeds, wooden pool and a square of lawn. The outside is full fenced. A staircase will take you to the 1st floor where there is a bathroom with shower and toilet, and 2 bedrooms with 2 140x190 beds. Then on the 2nd floor you will find a dorm with 4 90x190 beds, games for children. All windows are secured with a key. Hot water built into our home. In the dorm, the bedrooms and kitchen you will find air conditioning. Our place isn't pet friendly. Bathroom linens are not provided. The operating pool in June. 2 parking spots are available: Spots for 2 cars one behind the other. It is important to let us know if you arrive with more than 2 cars ( van, camping car...). The property also has a WiFi code. ( the code is available at the entrance to the listing). Other things to note Shops (Carrefour, Intermarché...) about 8 km from the accommodation (in the town of Amplepuis). Train station about 9 km from the accommodation. Accommodation about 1 hour from Lyon. Lac des Sapins is a 2-minute drive.
