Le Querce Appartamento Roma is the best way to match the utmost privacy of comfort . On the ground floor, on the street side, a private parking lot with an automatic manual code gate is available for our guests. On the first floor (only floor of the entire structure) the independent entrance to the apartment with private keys given to guests upon arrival at the property. The space The apartment consists of two rooms, one of which is a double bedroom and the other is a family room that can accommodate up to 5 people. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom inside. The family room also has a well-equipped kitchen. The entire apartment is equipped with 3 Smart TVs, 3 inverter air conditioners (hot/cold) and free and protected high-speed Wi-Fi. The linen service is included in the rate, in the same way as cleaning (and changing towels) that are done every two days, for long stays. Guest access The apartment is on the first floor of the building located on Via Giuseppe Nicolini 4. At the disposal of our guests the entire apartment accessed through a single entrance with the use of private keys.
