The space Light, Location, and Architectural Elegance in the Heart of Cape Town Aloe Studio is a beautifully designed, self-contained space in one of Cape Town’s most desirable neighbourhoods. Created by top local architect Jenny Mills, it’s the perfect base for solo travellers or couples visiting for business, leisure — or a bit of both. Located in vibrant but peaceful Green Point, Aloe Studio is just a short walk to the Cape Town International Convention Centre (CTICC), the DHL Stadium, Sea Point Promenade, and the V&A Waterfront. Whether you’re attending a conference, heading to a concert, or exploring the best of the city, you’re in the right place. Please note the parking is safe, 24 hour monitored on street parking. The studio features a private entrance, a stylish en suite bathroom, a compact and efficient kitchenette, and super-fast fibre Wi-Fi — all designed with your comfort and independence in mind. Thoughtful touches and clean lines make the space feel calm, fresh, and perfectly functional. A note about the setting: Aloe Studio is one of a small collection of private, self-contained studios located at 16 Wessels Road, Green Point. The other studios on the property are Erica Studio and Protea Studio. Each studio has its own entrance and is designed to offer privacy, comfort, and a consistent high standard throughout. The studios form part of our family home, with the studios situated on the lower level. You’ll enjoy full privacy; however, we do have children and friendly dogs, so you may occasionally hear normal household sounds. These are generally brief, and we always do our best to keep the environment peaceful for our guests. Why guests love Aloe Studio: • Designed by renowned Cape Town architect Jenny Mills • Located in a safe, walkable neighbourhood with on-street parking • Perfect for business travellers and holidaymakers alike • 10 minutes’ walk to CTICC, DHL Stadium, Sea Point, and local cafés • Private and secure with en suite bathroom and kitchenette • Superhost property with over 5 years of 5-star hospitality • Part of a larger property — ideal if travelling with others and booking multiple studios or our main house We do our best to accommodate early check-ins and late check-outs — if you’d like guaranteed flexibility, we recommend booking an additional night. If that’s not possible, we’re happy to securely store your bags until check-in or departure. Whether you’re in Cape Town to work, relax, or explore, Aloe Studio gives you everything you need in a compact, elegant package — hosted with care, precision, and pride. Guest access Guest will have full private access and use of the Studio Other things to note We live on the property on the second floor and are available to help with making your stay in Cape Town a great one. While our family lives upstairs from the Aloe, Disa, and Protea studios, these guest spaces are fully self-contained with private entrances. We’ve done our best to soundproof them, and although the normal sounds of family life may occasionally carry, there is no interaction with our children or dogs. My aim is simple: that you feel welcome, comfortable, and able to enjoy Cape Town with ease, knowing you have a well-cared-for place to return to. Host information I’ve lived in Cape Town for many years and enjoy welcoming guests to Green Point, a neighbourhood I know well and value for its mix of city energy and coastal charm. My focus as a host is to provide spaces that are comfortable, private, and thoughtfully prepared so that you can relax and feel at ease during your stay. The studios and guesthouse are well positioned for exploring Cape Town — close to the V&A Waterfront, the Sea Point Promenade, Table Mountain, and the beaches of Clifton and Camps Bay. Guests often tell me they appreciate being able to enjoy the best of the city while still returning to a quiet and restful space. Property information Our Aloe, Disa, and Protea studios are on the ground floor of our family home in Green Point. Each has a private entrance and is fully self-contained for your comfort and privacy. We’ve added soundproofing, though you may occasionally hear normal family or pet sounds from upstairs. Guests don’t interact with our children or dogs. The location is excellent — walking distance to the V&A Waterfront, Green Point Park, and the Sea Point Promenade, with Table Mountain and Clifton beaches just a short drive away.
