With a strong fibre signal, the loft is perfect for gamers or those needing to work remotely. The luxurious main en-suite boasts an extra-length queen-sized bed and a bathroom equipped with both a shower and a bath. The two additional bedrooms are tastefully coordinated, offering double beds and ample storage space. A major plus is the unit includes an inverter, ensuring uninterrupted power for over 5 days, excluding the fridge & laundry machines, as the stove is gas operated. Guest access Guests can use the pool at anytime between 9-6pm and have the option to book out the pool entirely (additional fee) for a function, providing a private and picturesque setting for gatherings. Gym access is only available for guests staying more than 90 days as they have to be onboarded as residents. Other things to note STRICTLY NO PARTIES OR EXCESSIVE NOISE. Hefty fines apply for noise in the complex. Every morning, we will issue you with daily entrance and exit 5 digit Gate codes. The Gate codes expire at midnight.
