Nice small cottage surrounded in a very relaxing garden (olive tree grove) with a wonderful sea view scenario. The space Dining and living room with a twin sofà, a bathroom and a twin bedroom with storage closet. Large garden with olive tree, hammock, beach chairs, additional shower outdoor and barbeque. In front of the house is available a shuttle for Lerici and San Terenzo all the day and evening. Walking 10/15 minutes you can get the main beaches. Guest access Check-in and check-out by yourself Other things to note How to reach Lerici and San Terenzo for SHOPPING and BEACHES: - in front of the house is available a FREE SHUTTLE for Lerici and San Terenzo all the day and evening. - Walking 10/15 minutes thorough nice paths and trails can just starting and descending from the house PRIVATE PARKING is closed to the house. In Lerici and San Terenzo is not permitted access by car since 15th of June till 14th August and from 10.00 a.m. to 18.30 p.m and from 1.00 a.m. to 5.00 a.m. Please check on site the timing because sometimes local authority can make changes.
