The space Unwind at Florette's Retreat with the following bedding configuration: Bedroom 1 – King or Twin share with ensuite Bedroom 2 – King or Twin share with ensuite Bedroom 3 – King or Twin share Bedroom 4 – King or Twin share 7 days notice is required if you wish to split any of the king beds into single beds. Guest access You'll have exclusive access to the house during your stay. Other things to note This property has strict noise restrictions: To maintain a peaceful atmosphere in this residential area, noise must be kept to a minimum and ceased during quiet hours 10pm to 8am. The pool is only heated over the cooler months. Minimum tariff charged is based on up to 6 guests. Beyond 6 guests, additional guest charge applies. We require your preferred bedding configuration no later than 7 days prior to arrival. If we are not advised otherwise, all beds that can be split will be made as king beds. Changes to bedding within 7 days of arrival will incur the following charges: $50 per king bed split during business hours 9am to 5pm Mon-Fri. $50 per king bed split plus $100 call-out fee outside of business hours.
