For large luggage, a delivery service is convenient. 【No Smoking】 Smoking is prohibited throughout the property, both indoors and outdoors. 【Pets】 Accompanying pets is not allowed. 【Consideration for Time】 As our accommodation is situated in a quiet residential area, we ask guests to keep noise to a minimum from 8 PM to 7 AM out of consideration for our neighbors. Please refrain from entering the Japanese garden and lawn area during these hours. 【Safety in Rooftop and Outdoor Areas】 Access to the rooftop is prohibited for safety reasons. Also, children should not enter the Japanese garden and lawn areas unaccompanied; adult supervision is required. The use of open flames, such as barbecues, is strictly prohibited. 【Check-In & Check-Out】 Check-in is available from 3 PM, and check-out is until 9 AM. 【Cleaning】 The entire apartment is professionally cleaned, and all linens are replaced after each checkout. Additionally, the bathroom, washbasin, and kitchen undergo a special deep cleaning by professional cleaners once a year, which includes mold and stain removal as well as protective coating. Please note that due to the age of the building, there are some stains and wear on windows and sashes that cannot be removed despite thorough cleaning.
