The space The villa is fully furnished and has two bedrooms upstairs with attached toilets. Bedding/Towels and basic toilet amenities are provided. There's a huge family room upstairs with a TV, a mini fridge and a work station as well. The downstairs has a stylish living and dining unit with a coffee/breakfast bar unit (two bar stools). There's a work desk located by the side of the living room too. The villa has a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, microwave, oven and kitchen utensils. There's a lovely indoor courtyard. The roof garden is lovely for evening sit outs. The property is gated with 24 hour security, and the villa too has its own security cameras. The garage space is very convenient for parking a vehicle and entry to the villa. The property has a common pool. The washing machine is assembled below the staircase and the back garden has clothes drying lines for your convenience. There's also an indoor clothes drying rack. Iron is also provided. Guest parking facilities are available at the property. Guest access The entire villa is your space and the common areas. Other things to note Garden: The indoor garden and the roof garden are maintained by the community gardener. They usually call-in advance to come in to take care of the plants and the garden. We will notify you of their days and hours to have access into the villa for this maintenance. Please make sure someone is present when they are at the villa doing the maintenance. Kitchen: The rate provided gives you breakfast facilities in the kitchen - (Utensils and appliances to make breakfast). If you require use of the full kitchen facilities, we charge additional charges which can be discussed according to the time period of the booking. WIFI: The Wifi provided in our monthly package is 40Gb daytime and 50 Gb for Nighttime usage. We offer a further 25 Gb addon complimentary, if needed. Additional Gb will be charged according to the Tariff costs and rate of exchange incurred at the requested time - (Tariff cost were Approx USD 9.00 for 25GB in 2024). Safety & Indemnity: For the safety of children, please avoid leaving them unsupervised in the following areas: The first-floor circular railing that overlooks the courtyard below. The staircases leading to the first floor and rooftop. Stairway gates at the top and bottom of the stairs. Banisters along the staircase. The banisters overlooking the staircase. The common pool area. The common garden area (by the lake). The rooftop garden. The open portico By agreeing to stay, you do take full responsibility for everyone in your group, particularly children, in these areas.
