Daily for extra people the price is R$100,00. ●We do not provide bath towels. ●We provide: sheets, pillows and covers. The space Great for rest and a source of spiritual replenishment. The inn is 50 meters from Av. Pequeno Príncipe, a quiet place, but at the moment on the avenue they are building a building which results in normal construction noise. We warn you because there are people who do not accept noise. We live next to the construction site and we are not bothered. Guest access Access to the land and barbecue of the house. Great neighbors. Cul-de-sac. Little traffic, very quiet. Other things to note MONTHLY RENTAL is for up to 2 people - included are water, Internet, electricity (up to the amount of 150.00, we have an electricity meter, exceeding this amount is paid separately from the rent), gas is not included in the rent. Check-in from March 6, 2025. We do not accept visitors in the apartment.
