Set in the quiet suburb of Crno, only a few minutes from Zadar, our cozy apartment is a practical and comfortable choice for up to four guests. With a peaceful location and easy access to the city center, beaches, restaurants, and the Supernova Zadar shopping center, it offers everything needed for a relaxed and easy stay. The space Our cozy apartment is designed to make you feel comfortable from the moment you arrive. The interior features an open-plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen and dining space, creating a practical and welcoming setting for both short and longer stays. The kitchen includes everything you need for preparing your meals, and depending on the season, you can also enjoy fresh fruits and vegetables from our garden. The living room offers a comfortable corner sofa that can easily be converted into an additional bed for two guests, while the separate bedroom features a spacious double bed (180 x 200 cm) for a restful night’s sleep. The apartment also has a recently renovated bathroom with a walk-in shower and a washing machine, making it especially convenient for longer stays. Outside, you will find your own private terrace, a lovely spot for morning coffee, breakfast, or relaxed outdoor dinners. Although the apartment is a separate unit next to our family house, guests have their own privacy and independent entrance. We are nearby if needed and always happy to help with recommendations or anything that may make your stay easier. A private and secure parking space is available directly in front of the apartment. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment, including the private terrace and the parking space in front of the property. The apartment has its own separate entrance, allowing you complete privacy and independence during your stay. You are also welcome to enjoy seasonal fruits and vegetables from our garden when available. Other things to note The apartment is located in a quiet residential area, making it ideal for guests looking for a peaceful and relaxing stay. A car is recommended for easy access to Zadar city center, beaches, and nearby attractions. The Zadar Airport is only 5 km away, which makes the apartment especially convenient for guests arriving on late flights or departing early in the morning. Free private parking is available in front of the apartment.
