Please ensure this is turned off when leaving for sustainability reasons. Two bedrooms boast queen beds, while the third offers two plush single beds, perfect for accommodating a large group. Each bedroom now has a ceiling fan to keep you cool during those summer nights. Guest access IMPORTANT KEY PICKUP INFORMATION: Please note that the key pickup location is just about 1.4 km from the property along Gold Coast Highway. Only a 3–5 minute drive or around a 15–20 minute walk, making it nice and easy to access before heading to the accommodation. We will send more details once your booking is confirmed. As our valued guest, you’ll enjoy full access to the entire residence, including linens, towels, and complimentary consumable amenities, all provided at no additional cost. Room configuration is as follows: 1-2 guests - 1 room. 1x queen bed 3-4 guests - 2 rooms. 1x queen bed 5-6 guests - 3 rooms. 2x single beds Absolutely no schoolies groups or large parties are permitted at this apartment. Other things to note We provide a convenient starter pack of essentials — including toilet paper, shampoo, soap, and other basics — to help you settle in for the first day or two. These items aren’t restocked during your stay, so feel free to bring along or pick up anything extra you might need. For reservations on booking platforms outside of Airbnb, we require either a $500 AUD authorisation hold or a fixed damage waiver per guest with every reservation prior to check-in. Please note, that the pre-auth hold is not a charge; it simply ensures funds are available if needed. A small bank processing fee (typically around AUD 2) may apply, but will also be returned after check-out permitting no breaches in policy occur. Banks require us to renew the authorisation hold weekly. A damage waiver will not be refunded.
